Return and Refund
We have a week-return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The item cost (excluding shipping fees) will be refunded once received or may be exchanged for another item of equal value.
Shopnoo does not cover return shipping fees unless an error was made on our end.
Credit card refunds can take 5-10 business days to process, depending on your bank, and PayPal refunds are received instantly.

To return any product, please fill out the information below with your order number and email address.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or Paypal. Please remember it can take some time for your Paypal or credit card to process the refund.
EXCHANGE
We are currently unable to process exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, please return the original item(s) for a refund and place a new order.
